Rafael Moreno Valle is a Mexican
Politician and also was the Governor
of Puebla from 2011 to 2017. He was born on 30th June, 1968 in the city of
Puebla. He is the son of Rafael Moreno Valle Suarez and Gabriela Rosas and
married to Martha Erika Alonso. He is also a member of the National Action
Party.

He completed his bachelor’s degree
in 1991 from Lycoming College in Economics and Political Science and post-
graduation in Business Administration from the Harvard University Extension
School. He was also awarded the Magna Cum Laude, is a Doctor of Jurisprudence
from the School of Law at Boston University.
Political Career: - At 1991, he starts his political career as the
part of advisory body of the Director of Human Rights Normativity in the
Ministry of the Interior. After completing one year in this, he starts work as
an advisor to the team of Melquiades Morales Flores, who was then President of
the PRI in Puebla. In 1993, he was an adviser to Manual Aguilera Gomez, a
senator of the republic and later regent of the Department of the Federal
District and later he would return to Puebla to work as general adviser on the
election campaign of Melquiades Morales in the Senate.
Banking and Financial Sector: - At 1996, he starts work in the
banking sector and until work 1999. In 1996 he was the Sub- Treasurer of
Corporate Banking for Latin America of the German bank, Dresdner Bank and later
promoted to the position of Vice President for Latin America in New York City,
and occupied until 1999.
Public Finance Sector and Federal Deputy:- In 1999, he was served
as the Governor of Puebla and known by Melquiades Morales Flores, to be the
part of his state cabinet as Secretary of Finance. He held on this position
until 2003.
He participates in the federal
elections of 2003 running for the VIII district of Puebla to obtain a federal
deputation. When this winning election
becomes the part of the LIX Legislature of the Honorable Congress of the union,
then he was the President of the Administration Committee and member of the
commissions in Communication and Public Security.
Senator:- As a Senator, he
was the President of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Secretary of the National
Defense Commissions, member of the Commissions of Trade and Industrial
Development, Public Security and a member of the Special Commission.
